UPDATE: Thank you to those of you who signed or ‘liked’ our petition to fire Bill Maher. The petition has been delivered to the Time Warner Board of Directors, and initial calls have been made to HBO Management. The New Agenda will be forming a TASK FORCE to take such follow up actions as are necessary to ensure that HBO Management takes proper action with respect to Bill Maher’s misogynistic behavior. Sarah Palin had QUITE a day in Iowa on Saturday. That title of this post? That’s the headline of the story published in the Washington Times, in which lively reporter Eric Golub describes the day and the message:

We’re Three!

Three years ago today, a group of women from around the country sat in my living room.  The New Agenda was founded in tribute to Hillary Clinton and her herstorical 2008 presidential campaign.   We vowed that day:  “never again” will we be silent when a woman leader is mistreated.  We have lived up to that vow, and stayed true to our vision:  a voice for all women.
