I’ve heard it again. “A woman can’t be elected governor of South Carolina.”
I wrote about this stupid notion last year.  It’s astounding (1) that people believe this and (2) they think there is reason to believe it.
The reason why people believe a woman can’t win the Palmetto Governor’s Office is because a few backward thinking, 18th century neanderthals don’t want no woman tellin’ them what to do.  Womens ain’t s’pose ta be da boss …
