A mother of a six-year-old girl, Jennifer Tesche, in Madison Heights, Michigan near Detroit was concerned about the cheers on her daughter’s cheerleading squad. She voiced her concern to the coach and to the local school officials. Instead, her daughter got kicked off the cheerleading team, and she is now publicly and socially ostracized.

Last week I started a new job. It’s an office job, in a professional setting. The staff is almost entirely female (with a male boss).
