We have collected over 600 signatures for our Jail Polansky petition. Boycott ‘em, one and all!!!
Once we have 1000 signatures, we will be issuing press releases to alert the media.
AND WE NEED YOUR HELP:

Surely there is no sane person alive who thinks that a 40 year old man “accidentally” raped a thirteen year old girl repeatedly… after drugging her and bypassing her “NOs!”
Surely no one can reasonably believe what Mr. Polanski did is OK??
Holy God. What is this country coming to?
A link on the home page to the boycott petition sign-up page would be helpful.
(Maybe I’m slow today but it took me a few minutes to find the sign-up link on the original post about organizing a boycott. Some people might not search until they find it.)

The link was NOT on the home page when I suggested it should be linked on the home page.
The post above didn’t even exist then. You had to go to an old post to find the link.
The absence of convenient links was the whole point of my post.
Sadly, our countries aren’t “coming to” anything, but rather continuing a disturbing cycle grown worse during my lifetime. We have sex offender registries, worldwide pedophile rings, and unhindered human trafficking; all three have grown substantially since my time in the juvenile sex trade.
Thirty years ago, Polanski was a symptom of a serious societal disease that went unchecked – don’t look and maybe the hideous mole will go away. Willful blindness is not a cure, but seems to be the treatment used by too many otherwise sane people.
I don’t see a vision change happening anytime soon.
saw on Rasmussen reports yesterday that over 70% of the population wants Polanski jailed.
may be we should take it to the streets and collect signatures with emails.
just came to my mind with that Rasmussen poll.
I just tweeted the link to the petition for the 2nd time. Hopefully this will bring in some more people.
Good to see most of the country wants him jailed.
Too bad Hollywood does not get it. Couldn’t believe Jeanine Garafalo on Maher’s show. She clearly does not get it.
